Think Too Much explores the restless space between thought and instinct.

Layers of colour, raw marks, fragmented lines and spontaneous gestures overlap across the canvas like thoughts that refuse to settle. One idea interrupts another, disappears, returns and changes direction. At the centre, everything seems to happen at once, reflecting that familiar moment when the mind keeps analysing long after there is anything left to solve.

“YES U DID” acts almost like an interruption. A moment of catching yourself in the act. Yes, you did it again. You thought too much.

But the words are not meant as criticism. They are a playful reminder to let go of control, to trust instinct and to stop trying to understand everything before allowing yourself to move forward.

In that sense, Think Too Much is as much about living as it is about thinking. The spontaneous marks and imperfect gestures deliberately resist control. They suggest that sometimes the most important things happen when we stop analysing and simply allow ourselves to act, feel and live.
